Greet and escort customers to their tables; provide excellent customer service; present menus with detailed information when asked; maintain a conducive dining experience through proper table setup and cleanliness; provide Food and Beverage services to members and guests; prepare table and buffet setups; prepare operating equipment, condiments, sauces, and related items; service crew duties (Full-time / Part-time); greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner; take and relay food and beverage orders; maintain a consistent standard of service, quality, and cleanliness in the dining area in accordance with SOPs; serve food and drinks and assist management to achieve high efficiency and guest satisfaction; meet, greet, and seat customers; be accountable for the smooth running of the designated area; replenish cutlery as needed; provide warm hospitality; present menus with recommendations, pairings and specials; training at Kenangan Academy on Barista Skills with Certification; salary range commensurate with experience and role; full-time option starting from 46.5 hours per week (44 hrs + 2.5 hrs OT) with monthly pay between $2,800 and $3,000; offer friendly and efficient service; process orders to ensure timely preparation and service; take meals and beverage orders and input into kitchen systems.

Responsibilities

• Present menu and provide detailed information; offer recommendations and upsell when appropriate
• Take accurate orders, relay to kitchen/bar, and deliver/check out payments
• Communicate order details to Kitchen Staff; serve food and drinks
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dishes and kitchenware; report issues
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area; follow health regulations
• Meet, greet and lead customers to seats; maintain smooth operation of the designated area
• Replenish cutlery and maintain stock as needed
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere and friendly service
• Participate in training (Kenangan Academy) and obtain Barista Skills certification
