As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of coffee preparation, a friendly demeanour, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
• Craft a variety of delicious beverages according to recipe with precision and consistency.
• Be knowledgeable about the current beverage trends, offerings and preparation techniques.
• Ensure food safety in accordance with the food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstation and seating areas.
• Maintain stock inventory and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art skills are a plus.

Compensation

• Full Time: Salary ranges from $2,300 to $2,700
