Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take customer orders and provide assistance in choosing menu items.
  • Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for every customer.

Food and Beverage Preparation:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
  • Follow standardized recipes and preparation techniques to maintain quality and consistency.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

  • Keep the work area, including the service counter and dining areas, clean and organized.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation.
  • Regularly clean and maintain equipment, such as coffee machines and utensils.

Cash Handling

  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash registers and maintain proper change levels.

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to address any concerns or challenges.

Training and Development
