Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and quality products.
  • Guide the team to meet financial goals and departmental targets.
  • Train and support staff to maintain high service and operational standards.
  • Plan and manage work schedules based on business needs and productivity.
  • Ensure all work follows standard procedures, safety, hygiene rules, and alcohol service laws.
  • Manage inventory, carry out regular stock checks, and ensure sufficient stock to meet guest needs.
  • Keep the bar clean and make sure all equipment is working properly.
  • Suggest and promote menu items to improve guest experience and increase sales.
  • Handle drink orders and event-related requests while keeping costs under control.
  • Take on other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
