About the role:

Banquet Team Leader

In this pivotal role, Banquet Team Leader will work closely with the Assistant Banquet Manager to ensure the flawless execution of all banquet and event functions, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction. Represent the hotel with professionalism, engage with guests, and create memorable moments that uphold our commitment to excellence.

What you will do:

  • Coordinating banquet setups with precision— ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standards.
  • Setting up buffet tables and back-of-house areas in line with hotel and event requirements.
  • Assisting with food displays and buffet lines, ensuring smooth and timely service.
  • Preparing mise-en-place and ensuring function rooms are guest-ready.
  • Delivering attentive, enthusiastic, and punctual service throughout all events.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization before, during, and after events.
  • Supporting the return of all items post-function to the kitchen or banquet manager.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in a similar capacity in the related position with Four Seasons or other luxury brands.
  • Preferably a NITEC graduate in Hospitality Management, Business, or its equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and personality, building and maintaining relationships across departments and with guests.
  • Strong in problem-solving, innovative thinking and fostering a team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in F&B operations and local regulations.

Schedule & Hours:

This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends, and holidays
