Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Test Manager / Lead. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in software testing and QA/QC, with a minimum of 4 years in a Test Manager or Lead role. You will create detailed test plans, manage test execution, and ensure defect management in an Agile environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Experience in the banking domain is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in software testing and QA/QC.
• Minimum 4 years in a Test Manager or Lead role.
• Experience in Banking domain preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end and regression testing.
