• Provide day-to-day operational support for commodities trading activities across APAC.
• Validate and reconcile trade bookings to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor trade flow from Front Office to Middle Office systems.
• Support documentation and processing related to cargo transfers.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Report and escalate operational or risk issues.
• Contribute to new business initiatives and process enhancements.
• Support the implementation of operational controls to minimize risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for commodities trading activities across APAC.
• Validate and reconcile trade bookings to ensure accuracy, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor trade flow from Front Office to Middle Office systems and follow up on any breaks or issues.
• Support documentation and processing related to cargo transfers, warrants, and warehouse reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Report and escalate operational or risk issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to new business initiatives and process enhancements to improve efficiency and controls.
• Support the implementation of operational controls to minimize risks and errors.
