A leading global HR solutions provider is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the implementation of a new Case Management System for a major international bank in Singapore. The role involves leading project management, ensuring compliance, and conducting User Acceptance Testing. Candidates should have strong experience in CMS and Agile methodologies, as well as project management skills to successfully deliver the project.
Allegis Global Solutions is the exclusive Contingent HR services provider for one of the world’s leading banks.
At Allegis Global Solutions we’re proud to be the leader in global talent solutions. We draw upon decades of industry expertise to develop innovative tools, products, processes and strategies focused on outcome.
Moreover, we’re incredibly proud to have built a culture that empowers our people to make their mark while making deep connections that will last a lifetime. With our passion and culture for talent, we are truly transforming the way the World acquires talent.
Our Client is one of the world's most international banks with over 1,100 branches, offices and outlets in 67 countries. They operate in some of the world's most dynamic markets and have been for over 150 years. More than 90 per cent of their income and profits are derived from Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Their brand promise, Here for good, underlines their distinctive approach.
The goal of the project is to design and build a new Case Management System (CMS) for Group Investigations (GI). GI is the primary fact-finding component of the Bank and a specialist investigations function designed to provide investigative expertise and support to peer functions and the business. Currently the GI CMS is built on the Pega platform, and the Bank’s licence for Pega platform would end by September 2025. During 2023, a feasibility study was undertaken to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities and assess options to move to a new GI CMS. Due to the complex internal data integrations and ICs control requirements, the build option (SC Tool Kit) has been selected that aims to provide greater integration between data sources, improved data quality (to enable timely and accurate reporting) and enhanced communication and document. The first phase of the build of the CMS has largely been completed, but there are User Acceptance Testing, migration, and other work that needs to be completed to ensure successful delivery of the CMS. Following the go-live of the CMS, the project will go into phase 2 to develop outstanding requirements that were not covered in phase 1.
A Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience in the development and implementation of CMS is needed to represent GI as its Lead User.
