Qualifications

  • At least 3 years working experience in R&D in flour milling, bakery, or related ingredient industries.
  • At least 5 years working experience for a senior position.
  • Must have baking cake experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new food improvers and formulations.
  • Assist with queries related to food emulsifiers.
  • Propose and develop innovative concepts and prototypes.
  • Provide technical advice and R&D for food products.
  • Conduct live demonstrations for bakery seminars.
