Job description

Our client is seeking an AWS Network Engineer to support and enhance their cloud and network infrastructure across hybrid environments. This role is ideal for a hands‑on network professional with strong exposure to AWS networking, Palo Alto firewalls, and VPN technologies, working closely with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN
• Configure and monitor AWS networking services (VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, NAT Gateways, Load Balancers)
• Troubleshoot network incidents and service requests in line with ITIL processes
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure and reliable connectivity
• Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and change records
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with the AWS cloud platform
• Strong knowledge of AWS networking services (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.)
• Working understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
• Cloud and/or Network certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Network) are advantageous
