A global investment firm is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the Valuations team to manage and review valuation models, work with key financial metrics, and ensure consistent methodologies are applied to the Private Market assets. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience in credit valuations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. This role offers a flexible working environment, encouraging innovative ideas and collaboration.

We manage deal structuring, due diligence and closing. We provide financial operations to GIC’s private equity, infrastructure, and real estate assets, as well as tax structuring, corporate holding structures, valuations, and financial reporting.
You will help to provide financial deal due diligence, financial controllership, treasury and funding, valuation management, investment operations, accounting, financial reporting, and special purpose vehicle management for GIC’s investments.
You will be part of a team that provides investment services on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and cross-strategy investments.
