Job summary

A leading aerospace firm in Singapore is seeking an Engine MRO Admin & Account Executive. The role involves managing cost controlling processes, creating SAP projects, and validating invoices for offloaded Shop Visits. Candidates should have over 3 years of relevant experience and strong skills in SAP and other IT tools. A diploma in business administration or accountancy is required. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in cost controlling and purchase order processes.
• Well-versed in ERP software, preferably SAP and Microsoft tools.
• Commercial knowledge of the aviation industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create SAP projects for Offloaded Shop Visits.
• Lead the validation of invoices from Offload Partners.
• Update SAP for Offload services performed.
• Analyse Shop Visit Costs and monitor cost evolutions.
• Communicate cost elements to the team for quoting and invoicing.
