Key Responsibilities
Presales & Sales Support
- Assist in technical presales activities, including client presentations, product demonstrations, and needs assessment.
- Support business development by following up on leads, preparing proposals and quotations.
- Liaise with technology vendors, suppliers, and partners to obtain and negotiate quotes.
- Participate in industry events, meetings, and client discussions to present technical solutions.
- Collaborate internally to prepare project documentation, sales decks, and stock/demo readiness.
Project Implementation & Technical Delivery
- Work with project managers and technical teams to plan and deliver AV solutions according to timelines.
- Draft and review system schematics, equipment layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- Oversee onsite installations, configuration, testing, and commissioning of AV, CCTV, ELV, and other integrated systems.
- Handle upgrades, basic programming, and troubleshooting of devices and software.
- Provide on-site technical support, user training, and post-installation follow-up.
Additional Duties
- Respond to service issues and breakdowns as needed.
- Support internal improvement initiatives and ad-hoc technical tasks.
- Assist in documentation such as user guides, cost tracking, and reporting.
