About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Defu Industrial Park. This full-time role is integral to providing exceptional customer service and managing the servicing operations for our workshop.

What you’ll be doing

1. Providing a high level of customer service and advice to clients on their vehicle maintenance and repair needs
2. Accurately diagnosing issues, estimating costs and time frames, and communicating this to customers
3. Booking in customer vehicles for servicing and repairs, and managing the workflow of the workshop
4. Provide customers with detailed estimates and obtain approvals for necessary repairs
5. Working with team leader / mechanic to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions. To ensure jobs are completed to a high standard and on time
6. Handling customer enquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and responsive manner
7. Maintaining detailed records of all work carried out on customer vehicles. Ensure all customer records and job details are accurately documented
8. Any other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and workshop staff
3. Highly organised with great attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and job management
4. Customer-focused approach with the ability to provide a high level of service and advice
5. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
6. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License. (Preferred)
