Job description

- Precision Engineering Manufacturer
- 10mins by bus from Joo Koon MRT
- Basic + Allowances + AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Manage automation engineering systems & processes per safety and performance standards.
• Establish performance & quality criteria via validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) through FEED, testing, installation, commissioning & handover.
• Work with internal teams on technical solutions, validation, qualification procedures & checklists to meet company & customer requirements.
• Create testing protocols, run tests, analyze results, update logs & document outcomes.
• Monitor safety and quality compliance; calibrate and repair machines & equipment.
• Participate in product failure analysis, continuous improvement, and design maintenance procedures; train operations & maintenance staff.
• Collaborate on FMEA, machine qualification, FAT/SAT with suppliers; apply Lean principles and follow up with QA and Production staff.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent.
• 3–6 years’ experience as validation engineer or similar; project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, manufacturing processes, safety regulations, PFMEA, and CPK studies.
• Proficient in statistical software (MINITAB, MATLAB) and Microsoft Office; excellent analytical skills.
• Leadership, self-motivated, team player, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technology.
