Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Low-Code Engineer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) to streamline and automate processes. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, HR, and IT teams to deliver efficient, secure, and user-friendly applications that enhance operational workflows.
Contract Duration
6 months project duration, as well as the option to extend for another three months
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy applications using low‑code/no‑code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar tools;
- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency;
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet functional and non‑functional requirements;
Experience and Skill(s) Needed
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on low‑code/no‑code platforms.
- Configure and administer low‑code platforms, managing workflows, rules engines, process logic, data validation, and UI components.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Relevant certifications in low‑code/no‑code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform).
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Familiar with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient in Git and experienced in agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration).
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and API integrations with enterprise systems.
