Qualifications

  • Able to travel to offsite work locations, i.e. employer work sites.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Desire to learn about Autism and the passion to help individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site assessments of clients' employability strengths and gaps.
  • Collaborate with employers to understand and analyse the job scope and responsibilities of clients.
  • Engage partner employers to support and sustain clients' work performance.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Education

Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Social work, Psychology, Counselling, Sociology, Health Services, Education, or related field
