Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Project-in-charge and Operations Manager in daily site management and operations.
• Supervise and support site teams, ensuring smooth progress of on-site works.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support the preparation of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Procedures.
• Conduct on-site measurements and verify against drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Main Contractors, Technical Officers, other Sub-contractors reference to the status of the project overseeing
• Knowledge on daily reports and assist in maintaining project progress within schedule and budget.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Preferably with 3 years experience in supervising manpower in a construction industry
• Basic experience in dealing with local suppliers, vendors and sub-contractors.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle site challenges effectively.
• Solid skills in work preparation, scheduling, and site supervision.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts, 6 days per week.
• Positive attitude, good team player, and able to work effectively under tight schedules.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
