A leading lubricants company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee supplier management, expand customer accounts, and develop business strategies in both local and overseas markets. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in the lubricants industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. The Assistant Manager will support the HOD in overseeing and growing the lubricants and accessories business for both local and overseas market. The role covers end-to-end management of sourcing, supplier relations, supply chain, customer engagement and business development. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, hand-on operational expertise and the ability to drive growth by expanding the parts business across new channels and geographies.
