Job summary

A technology solutions provider based in Singapore is seeking a software developer who will assist in gathering user requirements, creating functional specifications, and developing software modules. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in Java, an understanding of relational databases, and a diploma in Information Technology. Responsibilities also include setting up PC hardware and supporting customers after project go-live.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java and skills in object-oriented design are essential.
• A good understanding of SQL and relational databases is required.
• Experience with Oracle databases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather User Requirements and meet Customer needs.
• Create Functional Specification and Basic Design.
• Develop software modules and perform internal testing.
• Set up PC hardware, Server, and other peripherals.
• Test and commission software on-site.
• Create software deliverables including specifications and troubleshooting documentation.
• Support the Customer post-project go-live.

Proficiency in Java
