Job summary

A leading architecture firm in Singapore is seeking an Associate (Practice Manager) to develop and drive the office practice system, implement project delivery procedures, and conduct internal training. The ideal candidate will hold a degree or diploma in Architecture, have in-depth knowledge of architectural project stages, and possess strong collaborative and detail-oriented skills. Qualifications

  • In-depth experience and knowledge in all stages of an architectural project.
  • Architectural registration is preferred.
  • Rail experience would be an advantage.

  • Develop, organise and maintain reference library for practice standards
  • To plan and conduct internal training and workshops on practice standards and systems
Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture or relevant fields
  • In-depth experience and knowledgeable in all stages of an architectural project including pre-design, concept design, schematic design, design development, documentation, construction, completion and post-completion
  • Architectural registratio n is preferred
  • Rail experience would be an advantage
  • Collaborative skills in organising and delegating work, guiding and delivering outcomes, good team player and communicator, detail-oriented and meticulous
