Job description

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Division through various functions such as medical manpower roster planning, liaising with various stakeholders, database management, updating and monitoring of dashboards, office admin duties and secretarial duties (arranging meetings and minutes writing). You will be required to participate and support improvement and innovation efforts in alignment to Divisional and institutional goals.
