A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for an administrative support role. The successful candidate will be responsible for diverse functions including medical manpower roster planning and stakeholder liaison, as well as database management and office duties. The ideal applicant should possess a diploma, excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Excel. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to divisional improvement efforts.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Division through various functions such as medical manpower roster planning, liaising with various stakeholders, database management, updating and monitoring of dashboards, office admin duties and secretarial duties (arranging meetings and minutes writing). You will be required to participate and support improvement and innovation efforts in alignment to Divisional and institutional goals.
