Job description

You will provide support in the daily administrative duties of the department as follows:

  • Collate departmental Quality Improvement Projects data for medical and non-medical staff.
  • Assist in preparation and planning of duty roster for medical and non-medical staff.
  • Assist in maintaining record for time-off and overtime for department staff.
  • Support administrative works for doctors including residents.
  • Support administrative work for NRD to be accredited as Continuing Professional education (CPE) provider.
  • Assist in preparation of agenda and minutes taking for monthly Senior/ General staff Meeting.
  • Ensure all billings for cases done at Neuroradiology are tallied and without error before sending to TTSH Finance for processing.
  • Assist in checking with all billing charges for imaging services daily to ensure accuracy and make the necessary adjustment request for billing errors.
  • Any ad-hoc assignment by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
