Job description

JOB SUMMARY

• Provide timely market updates and accurate product information to clients and stakeholders
• Offer appropriate solutions with consideration of clients’ risk profile and hedging/ investment objectives across products such as FX, Fixed Income and Structure products
• Proactively engage and work with Relationship Managers to identify client opportunities
• Ensure prompt and accurate execution of clients’ orders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal compliance policies & process

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategy: Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate for the role
• Business: Responsible for the delivery of CMPS financial objectives
• Processes: Responsible for ensuring that process and procedure are followed as per the Operational Risk Framework in the course of their work
• People & Talent: Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners, ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risk
• Risk Management: Ensure major risks are identified, logged on a timely basis and remediation plans are in place for all identified gaps
• Governance: Ensure no governance breaches, adherence to sales process and all identified gaps remediated

Our Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of relevant experience in wealth advisory or management
• Good knowledge in Fixed Income, FX, Structured notes and Loans Switch.
• Good experience in Banking Sales.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills
• Valid CMFAS (Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services Examination) Modules Certification: Essential for licensing in Singapore (e.g. Modules 1B, 5, 6, 6a, 8 & 8a)
