What the day will look like

In this Director - Forensic Accounting position you will be a key member of the Asia team, focusing on the delivery of claims preparation and business interruption reviews across the Asia region, developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

  • Take responsibility for the management of engagements, including the scoping of work, preparation of budgets, resourcing and the execution of engagements within budget
  • Take responsibility for the delivery of all elements of the project plan/engagement
  • Delegate work effectively across the APAC team
  • Lead client market development through high-level relationship building, market shaping, proposal development, whitepapers, and presentations
  • Communicate in a collaborative and client focused manner including drafting client presentations and reports
  • Support the development and implementation of business development initiatives
  • Develop internal and external networks and leverage such networks to secure new engagements
  • Assist broader business development activity across Aon, including participating in key new business pitches

  • At least 10 years of experience with a professional service or Loss Adjusting firm
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Proficiency in preparation of proposals and presentations to prospects
  • Deep expertise in the preparation of large and complex property and business interruption claims
  • Proven track record in developing new business and staff
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient and confident in public speaking to conduct presentations of analytical results, sales presentations and also speaking at conferences
  • An ability to work towards and contribute to revenue earning to meet annual budgets
