Associate Creative Director- Art (Advertising Agency)

You will be joining our team as an Associate Creative Director (Art) who is a digital-native with a deep understanding of various platforms and a passion for design. In our fast-paced environment, ideas are transformed into content swiftly, and as a leader with a strong aesthetic sense, you will play a pivotal role in converting strategies into visually compelling creations that captivate audiences.Your responsibilities will include overseeing visual storytelling across a variety of formats including short-form videos, social media campaigns, digital advertisements, websites, influencer content, and branded experiences. You will be tasked with owning the visual direction of digital campaigns, social media activities, performance creatives, and content IPs. Additionally, you will lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of platform-first creatives such as IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and TikTok content. Collaboration with copywriters, strategists, and content creators will be essential to deliver cohesive and integrated ideas.As a leader in our team, you will manage and mentor a group of art directors, designers, motion artists, and editors. It will be crucial to work closely with production teams to ensure high-quality output from initial shoots to the final post-production stages. While maintaining brand consistency, you will also have the opportunity to explore creative formats and innovative approaches. Keeping abreast of digital trends, meme culture, internet aesthetics, and visual language shifts will be an integral part of your role.In addition to your creative abilities, you will need to present your work confidently to both internal stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in design or art direction within a digital or creative agency. Your portfolio should showcase social-first and digital-first campaign work that seamlessly blends design with storytelling. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects will be advantageous, with the ability to provide guidance on motion graphics, animation, and UI design considered a plus.Strong leadership skills, the capacity to manage multiple timelines and teams, and a keen eye for detail, layout, color, and typography are essential.
