A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an Associate for Business and Administration. This role involves managing office operations, supporting HR and finance functions, and assisting in marketing activities. Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills and ideally possess a Diploma or Degree, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English is mandatory. This is a 5-day work week with the potential for contract-to-permanent conversion.

Our clients include sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, listed companies, and family offices.
As part of our expansion, we are seeking self-starters to join us as Associate – Business and Administration.
Manage office premises to ensure a conducive and presentable office environment
Supervise outsourced services providers for IT support, building maintenance, cleaning and courier
Coordinate and organise meetings, prepare meeting rooms and attend to visitors
Monitor and manage the company’s assets, office IT equipment and office supplies
Assist with simple travel arrangements and restaurant bookings
Assist with computation of staff commissions
Assist with payment processing such as staff reimbursements, commissions and invoices
Compile supporting documentation to outsourced accounting firm on monthly basis
Support management for staff processing matters e.g. recruitment, staff onboarding
Assist with preparation of marketing presentations and materials
Liaise and coordinate marketing events
Maintain and compile data for reporting purposes
