What impact can you make in this role?

You will be part of a team that is an integrated investment service team that partners the business in providing services to support public markets investment.

What will you do as an Associate/AVP, Execution Management Services?
Execution Management Support
  • Provide execution control support for the Portfolio Execution Group in ensuring execution readiness via credit line management, broker onboarding, synthetic crossing and trade capture for life cycle events.
  • Provide cash management support for the Global Treasury desk in meeting the firm’s liquidity requirements.
  • Partner with the Technology team in implementing system enhancement initiatives including specifying user requirements, participating in UAT, etc.
  • Drive process improvements for productivity and quality enhancements; design solutions to integrate into processes.
  • Work in partnership with the business and stakeholders in assessing and implementing new capabilities towards alpha generation and operational efficiencies.
  • Perform active review of processes for adoption of best practices towards a robust, scalable and efficient end‑to‑end process through leveraging technological tools and extracting synergies without compromising risk and controls.
  • Act as command centre to perform impact analysis of market and regulatory changes for identification of changes required to front‑mid‑back processes in ensuring compliance and adoption.
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in middle / back office providing Trade Execution Support for Trading desk, Treasury desk and Security Finance desk.
  • Inquisitive and curious, detail‑oriented, strong analytical ability, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and possess a drive for excellence.
  • A good team player who can collaborate well with internal and external counterparts, self‑motivated and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of leveraging AI toolkits is advantageous.
