We are seeking an Associate Analyst / Analyst of Customer Analytics to join the Casino Analytics and Optimization team in Marina Bay Sands. The Customer Analytics team is a small yet highly autonomous group within the Casino Analytics and Optimization function. The team collaborates closely with the Sales, Marketing, IT, Digital, and Strategic Planning functions to apply advanced analytics to generate value-creating insights from big data. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating business impacts using data and industry experience. He/She has exceptional analytical skills and loves to solve problems with data. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
The team is tasked with developing creative approaches to data sourcing, deriving new variables and factoring in qualitative insights to deliver high-impact business solutions.
