Roles & Responsibilities
Position Summary

The Assistant Warehouse Manager / Salvage Foreman supports the efficient daily operations of the facility in compliance with local government and company regulations. This role involves supervising assigned personnel, coordinating the load‑out and off‑load of marine salvage and related projects, and overseeing the maintenance, repair, and readiness of all equipment. Additional responsibilities include managing shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, and assisting with general facility operations. This position also requires the ability to travel internationally on short notice for extended periods (up to 8 weeks) for emergency maritime cases. When on site, the individual will work closely with all salvage personnel and report directly to the Salvage / Project Manager.

Position Responsibilities – Warehouse
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to provide weekly updates and reports to the Logistics & Asset Manager on completed work and upcoming plans.
  • Provide input to the Logistics & Asset Manager, along with the Warehouse Manager, to help develop an effective preventive maintenance program for all non‑floating assets at the facility.
  • Ensure all marine salvage equipment and packages are stocked and maintained in accordance with Resolve’s equipment regulations and standards.
  • Assist with the proper loading of assets onto containers and trucks departing the warehouse and yard for various projects.
  • Ensure that only the correct and green‑tagged equipment is dispatched to salvage projects.
  • Receive work orders from the Logistics & Asset Manager and perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and testing on salvage equipment to maintain a high state of operational readiness (green tag).
Position Responsibilities – Salvage Foreman
  • Assist the Salvage / Project Manager with vessel inspections.
  • Coordinate with engineers, naval architects, and project managers to develop salvage strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations.
  • Operate and oversee the use of cranes, winches, pumps, cutting tools, and other salvage equipment.
  • Provide hands‑on support to the Salvage Team on‑site as required.
Position Requirements
  • Experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marine salvage operations.
  • Knowledge of salvage techniques, vessel construction, marine systems, and emergency response procedures.
  • Technical expertise with portable generators, hydraulic power units, and submersible pumps (both electric and hydraulic driven).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in remote or offshore locations for extended periods (up to 8 weeks).
  • Physically fit and capable of working under demanding conditions.

Salary Range

SGD $60,000.00 – SGD $70,000.00 per annum
