Job Description
UOB's AI & Data Risk Governance & Control is a centralized function under Group Risk Management dedicated to set out a Line 2 operating capability to oversee enterprise-wide AI and data risks with a mandate to ensure AI models, systems and processes in the Bank are secure, fair, explainable, and well-governed throughout their lifecycle.
Role Overview
This role supports activities to manage AI and data related risks across the organization effectively and responsibly. You will play a key role in performing FEAT (Fairness, Ethics, Accountability, Transparency) Validation, as well as operationalization of data and AI governance across the Bank. This role will support the enforcement of FEAT and broader AI governance standards for high-risk use cases, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, resilience, and ethical conduct in alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices
