Job Responsibilities

• Use effective classroom management skills, coupled with effective disciplinary skills in accordance with school's no shout policy
• Assist class teachers to implement programme for the class according to inquiry and reggio-inspired approach as well as school's framework for culinary and outdoor experiential learning
• Assist class teachers to set up a warm, cosy, yet engaging environment that promotes self‑directed learning in accordance to R eggio Emilia approach
• Carry out routine care of children in a patient and kind manner, creating teachable moments
• Ensure safety and hygiene of the children through good routine care and the necessary
• Build and maintain a professional yet affable bond with parents

Requirement

FECCE or minimum 1-year assisting experience in a pre‑school in Singapore
