Location : Bukit Merah

Job Description

• Provide Integrated Systems Management Services support
• Manage and ensure that the systems mee KPI or SLA
• Manage compliance status and ensure the Systems adhere to standards, policies, directives and guidelines
• Responsible for compliance declaration. Prepare and support independent audit exercise
• Prepare and maintain Project Security Management Plan. Conduct security review to minimise risk exposure
• Ensure asset inventory are maintained and updated regularly for the Systems
• Investigate and resolve Systems or infrastructure issues
• Manage stakeholders and ensure good customer satisfaction
• Manage Tech Refresh for Systems

Job Requirements

• Degree in IT or a related experience in managing IT infrastructure projects in diverse, complex, large-scale environments
• Good technical knowledge in system / network diagnosis and troubleshooting, experience in supporting transmission network infrastructure
• knowledge of Windows Server OS, Linux OS in a virtual environment,
• Experience in customer facing role.
