Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Customer Service

• Drive in-store sales by proactively engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and styling solutions.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through confident selling, effective upselling, and cross-selling.

• Convert walk-in traffic into sales by delivering personalised, solution-based service that builds trust and repeat visits.

• Maximise basket size and average order value by pairing products and highlighting fabric benefits, versatility, and value.

• Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism, and strong product knowledge to influence purchasing decisions.

2. Team Support

• Assist in supervising daily operations, including opening and closing duties, shift planning, and task delegation.

• Serve as a point of escalation for customer concerns, ensuring prompt resolution while upholding brand values.

3. Visual Merchandising and Stock Management

• Support the visual merchandising team by maintaining appealing and organized displays that align with brand guidelines.

• Monitor inventory levels, restocking products as necessary, and assisting in stock audits.

4. Operational Excellence

• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring all payment and return processes align with company standards.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive initiatives that enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to all store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
