Job Summary

Location : Changi South (Near Expo MRT)

Working day : Monday - Friday

Working Timing : 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Description

• Supervise and manage a team of 2–4 security officers
• Oversee warehouse security operations including CCTV, alarms, and access control
• Handle emergency response, crisis management, and loss prevention
• Conduct incident reporting and liaise with staff, management, and authorities
• Ensure safety compliance and identify risks in daily operations
• Report to Head of Security (SG) and recommend physical security enhancements
• Implement global security standards across premises, warehouses, and offices (C-TPAT, TAPA, RCAR, STP-Plus, KCR)
• Deliver security training (function-specific & general awareness) and maintain training records
• Collaborate with Solution/Commercial teams on RFPs and security project presentations
• Manage outsourced security agencies, conduct audits, and spot checks (red teaming)
• Report breaches/incidents immediately and provide remedies

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Security or equivalent
• 5–8 years’ experience in Security Management
• Background in related security/safety fields welcome
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking under pressure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI (basic), SAP (optional)
