Overview
The Team Leader is process- and activity-oriented and supports the Shift Manager in food and service operations, staff training, supervision, equipment maintenance, general cleanliness, and housekeeping. The role works with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth service, high-quality food and beverages, and exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Shift Manager in all food and service operations, including training staff, supervising staff, equipment maintenance, general cleanliness, and housekeeping.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth service, high-quality food and beverages, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Plan daily resources and assign tasks to ensure smooth shift operations.
- Organize work schedules and manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects or teams.
- Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house staff; provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions and workshops; build awareness of shared company goals.
- Read construction drawings and understand formwork, rebar, concreting, and surveying (for relevant roles).
- Enforce company rules and regulations and assist security-related programs as applicable.
- Supervise cleaning activities and room readiness in line with brand standards.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and inventory planning for projects.
Qualifications

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Related experience in F&B industry (for roles in food and beverage operations).
