Assistant Retail Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Retail Manager to lead our retail team to achieve maximum results.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and motivating staff in achieving key performance measurements.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, replenishment, and return cycle processes.
  • Improving existing work procedures and operations, ensuring correct handling of paperwork.
  • Overseeing stock takes and random count exercises.
  • Managing opening and closing of the store, including daily sales banking.
  • Managing store manpower.
  • Involved in budget planning.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
  • Diploma holder or at least 3 years of retail supervisory experience.
  • Pleasant disposition and customer‑service oriented.
  • Good working attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
