Join our vibrant and diverse team at CÉ LA VI Singapore. We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager on a 3-month temporary contract to support operations in our newly refurbished, stunning rooftop restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, motivate, and support a multicultural team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Uphold service standards and ensure seamless coordination across the floor.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure service recovery when required.
• Work closely with the management team to maintain operational excellence during the reopening phase.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
