About Us:

We are a leading Singapore‑based multi‑family office managing the wealth of a number of ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) families. Our team is dedicated to providing customised solutions across investments and risk management, family governance, wealth transfer planning, strategic support for family businesses and philanthropy. We are seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager who can support our Relationship Managers in managing the portfolios of UHNW clients. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast‑growing industry in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior RMs to provide excellent service to clients.
  • Understand client requirements and assist RMs in daily maintenance of account relationships.
  • Ensure that all client requests are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner while adhering to regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements.
Investment Placement:
  • Support clients to place trades, subscriptions and redemptions across investment instruments ranging from public equities to private credit funds.
  • Assist with vital documentation, KYC support and transaction processing.
  • Resolve any trade settlement issues in a timely manner.
Understand Markets and Investments:
  • Keep attuned to the current economic and financial markets so as to be current and proficient in attending to clients’ queries.
  • Understand client portfolios and new potential investments to support RMs in speaking to clients on investment decisions and their portfolio.
Cash Investments:
  • Understand client cash positions in relation to investment pipeline.
  • Work with the investment team to understand optimal yields across deposits, money market funds and short‑duration low‑risk bonds to optimally deploy cash and ensure it is not idle.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree – in a relevant field is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, ideally within wealth management, private banking, or family office environments.
  • Confident and strong interpersonal skill and a willingness to engage directly with clients.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with generating useful prompts for AI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and detail‑oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.
  • Strong organisational skills, with an eye for process improvement and risk management.
  • Technologically savvy. Understanding how technology can be implemented to improve efficiency and reduce operational burden within the industry is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to handle ongoing admin tasks.
  • Ability to think independently and work proactively with clients and RMs.
