Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with project team to monitor the scope of work (ACMV) and activities on Data Centre construction site.
• To develop and monitor project schedules and manpower planning.
• To participate in client / internal meetings / inspection to track project progress effectively.
• Review of designs, drawings, material submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications and approved procedures.
• Oversee subcontractor work, conduct pre-inspection to ensure subcontractors follow project timelines, monitor installation quality and resolve site engineering issues.
• Oversee testing and commissioning according to standard and requirement.
• Preparation and updating of project quality plan, as-built drawing and operational maintenance manual.
• Ensure effective project management and prepare project reports to Management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV / M&E construction or engineering industries, preferably in Data Centre.
• Proficient in CAD software.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
