Job summary

A premium brand experience company is seeking an Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of corporate events in Singapore. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will assist in managing projects and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

What you'll be doing
  • Support the Project Manager in planning and executing end-to-end physical and virtual corporate events
  • Assist in managing event executives and coordinators to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Conduct research on event trends, technologies, and creative concepts to enhance client proposals
  • Assist in ideating and conceptualising event experiences based on client briefs
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across all project stages
  • Oversee project administration, including documentation, scheduling, and workflow tracking
  • Support budget monitoring and timeline management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in onsite execution to ensure events are delivered seamlessly
Who we are looking for
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an events agency or related field
  • Experience in supporting multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong team player who enjoys collaboration and is eager to grow into a leadership role
  • Curious, proactive, and passionate about the MICE industry
  • Resilient, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Adaptable, organised, and detail-oriented
