Position Title: Assistant Project Manager

Working Location: Ubi

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 830am – 530pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Start and oversee projects.
• Manage specific projects from planning to execution.
• Plan and organize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Hold weekly meetings with management to share progress updates.
• Monitor projects and make adjustments to keep them on track.
• Maintain good client relationships by clearly explaining tasks and deadlines.
• Ensure all projects progress smoothly without neglect.
• Regularly confirm budgets with your superior and adjust as needed.
• Attend site meetings, research market info, and submit weekly reports to the project manager.
