Job Description
- Lead, supervise, and manage the project site team including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring overall project progress to meet contractual requirements, schedules, and cost targets.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities on electrical design, construction drawings, shop drawings, as‑built drawings, design calculations, and technical submissions.
- Lead the preparation, review, and implementation of electrical method statements, risk assessments, and construction sequences.
- Plan, allocate, and control project resources including manpower, materials, machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Drive site execution, monitor daily progress, and proactively identify risks, delays, and technical issues, proposing effective corrective actions.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure electrical works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Provide strong technical leadership and hands‑on problem‑solving support to resolve electrical coordination, installation, and interface issues.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable codes of practice, authority requirements, workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations, and project specifications.
- Assist in project budgeting, cost control, variation management, and preparation of monthly progress claims and progress reports.
- Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor (QS) in verifying work done, subcontractor claims, measurements, and payment certifications.
- Lead inspections, testing, commissioning, and authority submissions for electrical works.
- Oversee project documentation including drawings, submissions, records, reports, and correspondence.
- Lead project handover activities including testing & commissioning records, as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, and rectification works during the defects liability period.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
