Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end procurementand tender processes, including sourcing, documentation, evaluation coordination, and submission
  • Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Prepare procurement reports, analyses, and documentation
  • Support training material development and process updates
  • Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Assist in contract management and vendor performance monitoring
  • Provide backup support for team members during peak periods or absences
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving overall operational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3years of procurement or tender coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
