A leading childcare provider in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Pre-School Teacher. In this role, you will work closely with children aged 18 months to 6 years, assisting trained teachers in providing care and support. Job description

You will be joining the Maple Bear team where you will receive training designed to inspire and equip you as you work hand in hand with us to give the best care to the children entrusted to us.

You will be an Assistant Pre-School Teacher attached to different classes caring and teaching children who are aged 18 months to 6 years of age. This will give you the opportunity to understand and learn some of the basic care giving skills required by being immersed in the working environment and day-to-day operations of a child care centre.

You will be assigned to observe and work with toddlers and preschoolers with the supervision of a trained teacher to gain practical experience. The job trial will enable you to decide if they have the personal attributes and basic skills to take on employment and be trained as a certified Early Years Educator.

Upon completion, successful applicants will be given the option of being sponsored by the company to undergo a preschool diploma training programme under the place and train scheme.
