Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm is seeking a skilled individual to manage teacher deployment and resource allocation. The role involves planning relief processes, developing communication materials, and overseeing data-tracking for operations. Required qualifications include a Degree or Diploma in any discipline, relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, and Google Drive. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a mix of office and work-from-home days.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & Customer Service Officers.
  • Develop communications packages for teachers.
  • Design simple collaterals in accordance with brand marketing guidelines.
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking of teacher assessments.
  • Oversee Teacher Allocation across all branches.
  • Deliver monthly report on key data points tracked by team.
  • Manage key data sheets for Operations needs.

Job description

Salary: $2,800 - $3,200

Location: Tiong Bahru / WFH

Working Days: 5 weekdays (3 weekdays & 2 weekends)

Working Hour:

Weekdays: 10.20am - 7.20pm [On-site]

Weekend: 7.00am – 5pm [WFH]

Job Responsibilities

Teachers & CSO Deployment

  • Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & Customer Service Officers - Track Attendance of Teachers & Customer Service Officers
  • Develop communications packages for teachers (e.g. Infographics, etc)
  • Design simple collaterals in accordance with brand marketing guidelines
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking of teacher assessments, appraisal, etc

Data-tracking & Manpower Resource Management

  • Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & CSOS
  • Oversee Teacher Allocation across all branches
  • Measure adherence to leave policies and implement measures to encourage adherence; manage relief data sheets
  • Deliver monthly report on key data points tracked by team

Oversee Relief Roster

  • Find relief teachers
  • Consolidate a list of relief, freelance relief classes taken monthly and inform HR

Assist with forecasting of recruitment needs of the following groups of teachers:

  • Relief, Adjunct, Part-time and Freelance

Data-tracking for Operations

  • Manage key data sheets for Operations needs
  • Deliver monthly report on key data points tracked by team

Job Requirement:
