Responsibilities

• Approving rosters to ensure sufficient manpower is scheduled on each shift.
• Ensure all supervisor coaching is done.
• Proper maintenance checks for Reception counters and procedure rooms daily.
• Management of the department’s controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals monthly.
• Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of various clinics.
