Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth running of the factories with the assistance of Factory Managers.
• Growing the revenue through proactively seeking new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute business strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO22000 .
• Overall in charge of all Fleet (Vehicles, Logistics/Warehouse division and Drivers).
• Ensure products are delivered to customers in good quality, on time, in full, and with cost effectiveness.
• Full P&L responsibility.
• Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Food Manufacturing industry/Supply chain management/Account management
• Food safety knowledge
• Proven track record of generating commercial growth
• Resourceful with network of foodservice products and equipment
• Analytical thinker, decision-maker with focus on action and outcomes who drives for results, highly hands-on.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must be a good team player
• Able to handle full cycle of job.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Willing to work at Weekends and PH.
• Willing to work routine shift.
