Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be a brand guardian for The Garcha Group, setting the tone and look & feel of all communication.
- Create and execute social media calendar for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Create and execute EDM schedules.
- Review and respond to all reviews on social media, Marriott, and OTA channels within 24 hours.
- Plan and coordinate a yearly schedule of marketing events and campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for rooms and F&B at the property level, enabling customized marketing.
- Organize photography, videography, and editing for marketing needs.
- Maintain and update Marriott and hotel/F&B websites' content to ensure it is current and on-brand.
- Create and manage graphic collateral assets across all departments and hotels.
- Coordinate PR events and maintain relationships with PR agencies and partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers through scheduled invitations and hosted events.
- Respond to marketing and influencer opportunities via email within 24 hours.
- Stay updated on online market trends and developments.
- Monitor competitors’ online marketing programs.
- Identify online marketing opportunities to increase brand and hotel awareness.
- Drive traffic and conversions for the F&B website, ensuring relevant offers and results.
- Maintain and optimize website content and SEO strategies.
- Utilize Marriott digital tools and channels effectively to maximize marketing coverage.
- Manage social media channels to build brand reputation and loyalty through engaging, compliant content.
- Develop social media campaigns to enhance the hotel’s online presence and engagement.
Other Projects/Responsibilities:
- Identify additional online marketing opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ strategies.
- Support digital/online initiatives and develop annual digital marketing strategies.
- Produce media marketing content such as videos and prints.
