Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition- Castlery

Our client, a leading high-growth consumer brand in the retail and e-commerce space, is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Assistant Manager to join their Talent Acquisition team, building and scaling effective teams that accelerates their global growth across multiple markets.

You will co-own the TA function and lead end-to-end hiring across key business units, partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic workforce planning. You will also play a hands-on and pivotal role in optimizing processes, enhancing employer branding, and shaping a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

·Co-own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions, delivering hires with speed and precision

·Lead strategic workforce planning by anticipating hiring needs and influencing headcount and resourcing decisions at a leadership level

·Continuously refine TA operations using data, creativity, and first-principles thinking to identify bottlenecks and scale efficiently

· Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders, building trust and credibility through insight, strong execution, and results

·Champion a high-performance hiring culture, enabling managers to make better hiring decisions and elevating the overall candidate experience

Requirements

  • At least 6-7 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment within Consumer, E-commerce, or Retail sectors

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

  • Proven ability to build and scale TA processes and infrastructure in fast-paced, high-growth settings
